Terms of service

1. What this service is

GetMySMM rents software: a social-media-marketing panel deployed on a domain you control. You are the operator of that panel and the merchant of record for everything you sell through it.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials secret and your contact email current. You are responsible for everything done under your account. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

Plans are billed for the term you choose — one, three, six or twelve months. We raise a renewal invoice before the term ends. If it is not paid by the expiry date the panel is suspended, and after the grace period the data may be removed.

4. Your domain

The domain stays yours. You point its nameservers at us so we can deploy and hold a certificate for it; you can point them elsewhere at any time, which ends our ability to serve the panel.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use a panel for fraud, phishing, malware, spam, or any service that violates the terms of the platforms your buyers target. You must not resell access in a way that hides who is operating the panel from your own customers. We may suspend a panel that generates abuse complaints.

6. What we are responsible for

We keep the platform running, patched and backed up, and we deploy your panel. We are not a party to the transactions between you and your customers, and we are not responsible for the output of the third-party providers your panel forwards orders to.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
