Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone number, the domains you deploy, your invoices and payment references, support tickets, and standard server logs including IP address. We do not store card numbers — payments are made by UPI or on-chain and we only keep the reference you give us.

Why we collect it

To create and run your account, deploy and maintain your panel, verify payments, answer support requests, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Your customers' data

Data inside your deployed panel belongs to you. We access it only to operate, back up or repair the panel, or when you ask us to.

Who we share with

Hosting and infrastructure providers, our certificate authority, and email delivery. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and for as long as the law requires afterwards. Panel data is removed after the grace period following cancellation.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting account data ends the service.
